Framing & Aftercare
Currently I do not offer framing but will be providing this service in the future. Portraits are mounted to foam board using paper corners and covered with tracing paper for protection. If you are buying a frame, it should have a mat and be one or two sizes larger than the portrait. I recommend going to a professional framer but if you are buying the materials yourself be sure to only use acid-free materials. This will prevent the artwork from yellowing over time. Using an acid-free mat is essential because the artwork cannot touch the glass. When hanging your portrait, keep it out of direct sunlight. Following these simple tips will ensure that your portrait will last for generations.
